In addition to the Team Masters Project, beween your first and second year, participate in a paid industry internship. For 10 to 12 weeks, you’ll experience the business culture and techniques associated with your focus track. You might choose to stay in California, but you could use the opportunity to explore companies on the East Coast or abroad.

From marketing and market research to manufacturing and operations, you’ll hone your skills and obtain a professional edge to accelerate your career. In fact, roughly 35 percent of KGI students convert internships into full-time positions. KGI internships are a great way to work with the most respected names in the industry. Find a job and start a new career

You’re a hybrid in high demand once you have your MBS. Each year, almost half of KGI graduates secure employment prior to graduation. And within three months of commencement, more than 80 percent of the graduating class have embarked on their career path. Most of the remaining graduates find their first jobs through a KGI-related activity. The average starting salary is more than $65,000 per year, plus most alumni/ae advance their careers quickly with internal promotions and job offers from competition within the first year.
